How to Download a Digital Item
There are two types of digital purchases:Â
- Instant downloads: ready-made files that are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card on Aiimage.info, it may take a few minutes for your download link to be sent to you.
- Made-to-order downloads: digital items that we will make to your specifications after you purchase them. We will send your files to you once they have completed them.Â
I cannot find my download notification e-mail
First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, adding [email protected] to your address book or safe list can help you locate these e-mail in the future.
For now, you can still access your digital purchases in your account.
Where can I find my digital files purchases in my account?
To access your digital files from your account:
Sign in to Aiimage.info and go to Your account.
Go to Purchases and Download Section Tab.
Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
You can also go back to the item’s listing page, where you should see Instant Download on the images for the item.
There are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file any time on your Purchases page, provided the transaction hasn’t been cancelled or removed.
When will I receive my made-to-order digital item?
Once the we finishes your order, you will get an email message with a link to download your digital files. You can also access your files by going to Purchases and download section tab and selecting the Download files button. You will be able to leave a review for your purchase after you download your file.
I’m having problems downloading my files
If nothing happens when you click on the download links, it’s possible that there’s a problem with your web-browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons like ad blockers or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again.
The type of file you’ll be downloading is shown under the Highlights section of a digital listing. If your computer is unable to open the file, it’s possible that you’re missing the program required to open the file type.
